About

Anne-Louise Dadak (AL) is a creative producer and practitioner with 15 years experience in the arts sector, living and working on Wangal and Darug lands. She is currently working as a curator at Blacktown Arts.

AL has worked for various arts institutions and was the co-founder of Province Studio and artist run initiative The Paper Mill. She has designed and produced projects for the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney Living Museums, Sydney Festival, Blacktown Arts Centre, Bankstown Arts Centre, PYT Fairfield, City of Sydney Council, Marrickville Council, Tangentyere Arts and The Museum of Contemporary Art. She holds a Bachelor of Design (UNSW) and a Master of Museum and Heritage Studies (University of Sydney).

Creative project and research interests include socially engaged art and design, public art and placemaking, sites of memory, accessible collections and multidisciplinary approaches to museology and heritage practice.
